The Cornish Strawberry Festival  Learn More

This FREE festival is held every year last Saturday in June or the first Saturday in July.

Thompson Park is the center of the day’s festivities featuring:

Cornish Community Harvest and Bazaar Learn More

This FREE event is held every year on the July at the historic Cornish Fairgrounds.

This event features:

  • Fresh harvested organic local produce
  • Flea market finds
  • Food & tempting treats.

Christmas In Cornish  Learn More

This event is usually held on the first Friday and Saturday in December. This event allows people to “buy” a tree light in memory of a loved one or simply to recognize an individual’s accomplishments. A list of honored names is placed at the Thompson Park kiosk and an ad is ran in the Shopping Guide.

This event features:

Friday:

  • Tree lighting
  • Carol singing
  • Hot Cocoa

Saturday:

  • Local Shops offering special discounts and goodies
  • Free horse drawn carriage/sleigh rides
  • Choir singing and/or local community band playing in Thompson park

Sunday:

  • Local community groups events
