CAB Membership Renewal Form

Back in 1990, a group of Cornish business owners decided to meet and work together to create an organization to benefit the town’s business and private sectors. A non-profit organization was established and named the Cornish Association of Businesses (CAB). The purpose of this corporation is to promote the general business and community welfare in the town of Cornish and act as a business league within the meaning of 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, its amendments and future provisions. Since its birth, CAB has donated thousand of dollars to aid local, civic organizations and to benefit deserving, town students with post-secondary school scholarships. It also gave birth to one of the town’s largest annual events, the Cornish Apple Festival, which takes place on the last Saturday in September of each year. We have also created the Cornish Strawberry Festival on the last Saturday in June and the Cornish Community Harvest and Bazaar on the last Saturday in July.

Benefits of a CAB membership:

  • Membership includes 1 internet listing on the Cornish Web site. (on average the site gets 160 hits an hour)
    • Addition category & business listings are available for $20.00
  • New Membership includes 1 CAB decal promoting your membership.
  • Join before end of January 30, your membership will include 1 business listing in the annual CAB printed collateral which is distributed at the Maine Tourism Center locations in Fryeburg and Kittery. (Copies of the collateral is available to any CAB members upon request.)
  • Take advantage of membership discounts offered by CAB.
  • Free video interview to help promote your business on CAB’s YouTube channel.
  • Influence and receive support from other Cornish and neighboring businesses.
  • Keep abreast of changes occurring in Cornish and neighboring businesses and towns.
  • Be part of an organization that reaches out to the local community and is making a difference.
  • Make your ideas, thoughts and concerns heard during our monthly meetings.
  • Become part of a valuable local business network that encourages members to utilize each other’s services.

Please fill out the form below and be sure to mail a check for $75.00 (+ $20.00 each additional business and/or category listing) made out to C.A.B. Or, select the PayPal option and pay by credit card. (There is an additional $5.00 processing fee to pay by credit)

If you join before January 30th, your business will be listed in the updated Cornish & Neighbors Brochure.

Membership Levels Explained:

  • Paying with Credit Card (CC) – 1 Membership — Use this level if you will be paying by credit card. A $5.00 processing fee will be added to your $75 membership totaling $80.00.
  • Paying with CC – Second Business/Category — Use this level if you will be paying by credit card to add a second business or category listing. A $5.00 processing fee will be added to your $20 second business/category totaling $25.00.
  • Paying with CC – 1 Main Business + Second business or category — Use this level if you will be paying by credit card. A $5.00 processing fee will be added to your $75 + $20 membership totaling $100.00.
  • Paying with CC – 1 Main Business + 2 businesses or categories — Use this level if you will be paying by credit card. A $5.00 processing fee will be added to your $75 + $40 for adding 2 businesses/categories totaling $120.00.
  • Paying with CC – Make A Donation — Use this to make a donation to CAB. The system will add a $5.00 processing fee, so your donation will total $5.00 more then your entered donation.
  • Paying with Check – 1 Membership — Use this level if you will be mailing in a check to pay for your membership. The system will add a $5.00 processing fee, but your requested payment total will be $75.00.
  • Paying with Check – Second Business/Category — Use this level if you will be mailing in a check to pay for adding a second business or category listing. The system will add a $5.00 processing fee, but your requested payment total will be $20.00.
  • Paying with Check – 1 Main Business + Second business or category — Use this level if you will be mailing in a check to pay for adding 1 business or category listings. The system will add a $5.00 processing fee, but your requested payment total will be $95.00.
  • Paying with Check – 1 Main Business + 2 businesses or categories — Use this level if you will be mailing in a check to pay for adding 2 businesses or category listings. The system will add a $5.00 processing fee, but your requested payment total will be $115.00.
